Who we are

This privacy policy applies to RYG — Raise Your Game (UID: CHE-488.053.150), a consulting company operating throughout Europe. Our website is ryg.ch and our primary contact is fd@ryg.ch.

RYG Website

The RYG website (ryg.ch) is an informational and contact site. We collect only the information you actively provide to us.

Information we collect

• Contact form submissions — name, company, email address, and the message you send. These are processed via Formspree and delivered to our inbox.
• Basic server logs — standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) may be retained by our hosting provider (Vercel) for security and operational purposes.

How we use it

We use contact form data solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not use it for marketing, profiling, or any automated decision-making. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes.

Third-party services

• Formspree — processes contact form submissions. Their privacy policy is available at formspree.io.
• Vercel — hosts the website. Their privacy policy is available at vercel.com.
• Google Fonts — fonts are loaded from Google's servers, which may log your IP. See Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com.

Data retention

Contact form submissions are retained only as long as needed to handle your request. Server logs are retained according to the hosting provider's standard policy.

Product

Ospit1amo

Ospit1amo is a B2B software product that automates the submission of tourist tax declarations (imposta di soggiorno) to Italian municipal authorities on behalf of accommodation operators.

Data processed

Ospit1amo processes guest check-in data provided by your Property Management System (PMS) in order to prepare and submit the required declarations. This includes:

• Guest first and last name
• Guest nationality and document type (where available from the PMS)
• Check-in and check-out dates
• Number of guests per booking

This data is received from your PMS, used solely to generate the declaration XML, transmitted to the relevant municipal authority (entrateonline.net), and then discarded. No guest personal data is stored in our systems beyond the duration of the nightly processing job.

Customer credentials

PMS API keys and entrateonline credentials provided by customers are stored encrypted using Fernet symmetric encryption. The encryption key is never stored in the database. Access to stored credentials is restricted to the automated processing system.

Submission logs

We retain a log of which bookings have been submitted (by booking reference and date) in order to prevent duplicate declarations. These logs do not contain guest personal data.

Data sharing

Guest declaration data is transmitted to the municipal authority designated by the customer (entrateonline.net). No guest data is shared with any other third party, used for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond the submission of the required declaration.

Data controller

The accommodation operator subscribing to Ospit1amo is the data controller for the guest data processed through the service. RYG acts as a data processor on their behalf.

Internal tool

Make – RYG (Internal Automation)

Make – RYG is an internal tool used only by RYG to connect our own Google Drive and Google Sheets to our automation platform (Make) to support our internal content operations. It is not offered to any other person or organisation.

Data accessed

Make – RYG accesses only RYG's own files: images and text documents stored in our Google Drive. These files contain internal information and are used solely to automate the preparation and scheduling of internal processes.

Data use

• No data is sold, shared for advertising, or used for profiling.
• No data from Google APIs is transferred to third parties except as strictly necessary to operate the automation.
• Access is limited to the minimum required to perform the described function.

Make – RYG's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Cookies

The RYG website does not use tracking cookies or analytics cookies. The only browser storage used is for basic page functionality (such as remembering your language preference during your session). No consent banner is required as no personal data is collected through cookies.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
